You could always file your own GSTR. There are many different YouTube videos that you may save. But differences will always exist. Although this is an ITR meme, the same holds true for GSTR.

You can always get medicine from a shopkeeper or a compounder. However, using prescription medication will keep your health steady, while using over-the-counter medications will harm your health.
